Our in-house designers will develop and design custom lenses to meet customer needs, progressing through processes from metal processing to rough grinding, polishing, and core cutting. Lenses that have completed the core cutting process will have a coating applied to their surface to reduce light reflection, followed by inspection, assembly, and adjustment before being turned into products.
